If you have ever played FO3's FWE, you might have enjoyed the gritty playthrough brought on by, in part, sparse ammo, food, and other items. As the FNV successor to FWE, Project Nevada seeks to reproduce this... but a few bugs in the Rebalance modules actually have the exact opposite effect on a few leveled lists. More than a few in the case of Rebalance Complete.

What are you talking about?
This patch corrects certain leveled lists to have the proper item rarity global variable. In some instances, the variable you set in the MCM window is actually having the opposite intended effect on droprates. For example, instead of decreasing something's chances from 50% to 30%, you would actually be increasing it from 50% to 70%... This patch fixes such behavior, as well as adding respective AMMO/CHEMS/FOOD/MISC variables to lists previously untouched - GRA ammo for example.

Rebalance and Rebalance Complete versions provided, only one necessary.
