So I found this awesome dogmeat replacer mod for Fallout 3 called "Dogmeat puppy - Bolt replacer" which either made dogmeat a puppy with armor or optionally you could use a Bolt (disney fame) model.  It comes with custom voice for the dog and custom meshes and textures.  I converted it for A Tale Of Two Wastelands and it works great.

Please note that this requires A Tale Of Two Wastelands, a mod that combines Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.  Google it to find it.

To install simply unzip the archive into your games Data folder or install into your mod manager of choice.

Things I did:
I renamed dogmeat to Bolt (as much as I love dogmeat thats a horrible name for a dog...)
I edited his stats so he's more fully awesome now; hopefully not too over-powered, however.
I created an avatar for JIP Companion Command And Control for Bolt as well, which is included.

Fully tested, cleaned and ready for TTW.
