About this mod
Adds to weight to formerly weightless items including chems, ammo components and magazines. Also tweaks a few existing weights including lead and auto stimpacks. PN compatible version included.

This mod adds weight to various weightless items and also tweaks three existing weights. It always bothered me that chems were weightless and that breaking down ammo magically made it weigh less. These changes were made to add a little more realism and to make the game a little more challenging. The changes take into account the size of the item as well as its weight. For example, a bundle of pre-war money isn't that heavy, but it will take up precious space in your back pack. These weight changes will take place in both normal and hardcore mode. Bottlecaps have not been changed. If you want to add weight to bottle caps I would recommend installing my 'Realistic Bottle Cap Weight' mod.

*Cateye has a value of 50 instead of 20 and a duration of 300 instead of 120 to match the values from Electro City. It also has its item bounds changed to match EC.
**The weight of the ammo casings are probably not realistic, but they were balanced so that all the components of a bullet will weigh exactly the same as the bullet itself (based on the recipes for standard ammo).
***I realise that drained energy ammo weighing less than full ammo doesn't make sense, but it's the only way I could think to balance it without touching the weight of the regular ammo. Just pretend that the courier strips away the outer casing, thus lowering the weight.
PROJECT NEVADA VERSION
This version is the same as the default, but with two additions to match the effects found in PN...
- Med-X ignores crippled limbs
- Hydra has magnitude of 5 instead of 10
REQUIREMENTS
Both versions require Dead Money, Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road. Project Nevada version also requires 'Project Nevada - Rebalance'.
