Low Voltage is meant to be the energy weapon lover's replacement for the Varmint Rifle. What this mod does is add a rifle into the game that has the same combat stats as the Varmint Rifle, with a slightly increased value to it's Guns counterpart (5 caps, to be precise. Its technically a unique, after all...)
The weapon can be found on the counter in the Prospector's Saloon, on the bar counter. So, it's easily accessible when you're going by Sunny in the beginning of the game. It's just a minor weapon mod, but if you happen to find a glitch, report it.

Speech Check: 20 Science whilst talking to Sunny to acquire the weapon. As I'm not sure how to run the script and the speech check, it will have to be kept on the drawing board. Any advice telling me how to achieve my goal would be appreciated.
As an add-on to the above, anyone that can voice Sunny well would be appreciated, so that the mod doesn't have silent dialogue. C'mon, it'd be just 1 line.
