This mod allows you to access many of the rooftops throughout the Mojave. This mod only focuses on the bigger buildings, and NOT small houses, shacks, etc.
This mod is great for people who like to play as a sniper. Now you can take your enemies out from above!
Warning: Some ladders may be hidden behind buildings.

Extract the Mojave Rooftops.esp to the Fallout New Vegas data folder. (Usually in: Steam/Steamapps/Common/FalloutNewVegas)

Updated! I made a new file that adds enemies and more clutter to the rooftops. You may experience crashes near the Fiend territory, and I can't seem to figure out why.
