This adds a recipe, that allows to melt Ashtray to White Plate at Campfire.
White Plate can be feed to Muggy from Old World Blues, that converts it to Lead. Now the cycle is complete :)
Ashtrays have no use in Fallout New Vegas, otherwise.
Requires Science Skill of 25, Ashtray and a Hammer.
You get a White Plate and Hammer back.
I don´t really know why nobody implemented that yet.
