Hey, I often use console commands to mod my characters (Giving my sneaky Legion Spy the "Mr. Sandman" perk at level 1 for example) so how would I go about giving my character this perk outside of leveling up?
Perhaps you could also make it a perk, with the prerequisite being the Rad Child and Atomic! perks and high-ish survival. Perhaps your unarmed attacks then result in an attack similar to a glowing one? Im just thinking maybe you could make a perk version that is more difficult to get but also slightly more rewarding.

Thanks in advance! Either way, it's nice to be treated like a ghoul by 'kin', without taking all the hits that some ghoul mods throw at you.
