This mod makes common "soldier like" npcs tougher. They leveling up with the player and have better weapons/armors on higher levels. The armors more realistic and block less damage than they did.

This mod basicly changes NPCs stats and equipments so it may conflict with other mods that makes the same thing!!!
The mod requires the latest patch and all DLCs.
You need to start a new game to work the mod correctly!!!
