This is a simple port of Mattatatta's mod into Fallout New Vegas. The Zebra Carbine is an assault rifle equipped with a scope and a silencer, firing incendiary bullets, based on "Fallout: Equestria", by Kkat.
It's found in Caesar's tent, in The Fort. It's not locked in any containers but it is property of Caesar, so you will have to steal the weapon to obtain it.
Install: Extract the contents of the .rar into your Data directory. Open your preferred mod manager and check the zebraCarbineNV.esp
Uninstall: Remove the .esp and the Zebra Carbine folders in the Weapon folders of both meshes and textures directories.
