22/03/2023: Verily, I hath forsaken the use of ENB for the games of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, and thusly have no intentions to update these configurations to the latest binaries.

Some among ye beseech me to diagnose and remedy strange maladies which I have not myself encountered. If ye have followed the instructions for installing this ENB down to the very letter, thou shouldst not have such issues. Furthermore, the queries that some of ye pose are most vague and lack any evidence by way of screenshots or videos to substantiate thy claims. It would aid me greatly in diagnosing thy problems were thou to provide such evidence. It is quite possible that these issues do not stem solely from my ENB, but rather from ENB itself or thy system. To say that something is "bright and blurry" is a most ambiguous description, in my humble opinion! If thou art unable to run the ENB, delete all of my files and attempt to use another ENB to ascertain whether the issue persists. I was forewarned that I should expect a plethora of senseless inquiries, and I would truly like to assist those whom I can. Yet, do help thyself in order to aid me! And read the ENB documentation thoroughly, and peruse the "known issues" section on the main page! Some of thee have clearly failed to do so! I did state most explicitly that thou shouldst make every effort to research the issue independently prior to posting herein.

Verily, I shall not render any rendition to corroborate other meteorological or illuminative modifications (including the rudimentary). Should thou desire such, then verily this predisposition is not meant for thee. An innumerable number of private messages and communiques have beseeched me to do so, despite my vehement reluctance as stated within the account. It seems that some individuals cannot fathom a negative response and subsequently impugn my character, when in actuality I am resolute in my stance. Now I comprehend why other creators of modifications become vexed and withdraw their submissions entirely. I shall not emulate such conduct. In VGU Network, there were no tribulations. People either took pleasure in it or simply disregarded it and went their way. I shall disavow all entreaties for 'bolstering this modification.'

For some reason, when I apply Rust it feels too orange and bright, with a slight burn effect. Is there a way to change that?
Edit: fixed by downloading and applying the Kinematic version. Not sure why but I don't mind I love the bordered version.

On the day of writing this message, the advised enb version has been removed from the website, while the newest, v0.451, is providing two error popups prior to game launch and overexposure once the game is loaded.
If anyone has the version that this preset requires, please consider sharing.

Out of curiosity, is it supposed to be super bright outside with the sky looking kind of greyish white?

It would be a completely different preset if I was to "make it compatible" with the Frontier. This preset is designed for FNVRWL only. Frontier employs a brand new weather cycle. So no.

Possibly, when I get round to playing it. I don't have FNV installed right now. I hear Rudy ENB works quite well with Frontier out of the box though

It's not "impossible" else others wouldn't have been able to install the preset.
If you read the description properly you would've seen that I even highlighted the link to make it visible.
I don't think you were reading it properly.
      Here's the "impossible": http://enbdev.com/mod_falloutnv_v0405.htm

The link to the v0.405 works but the link in the description is for a version that's been removed from the ENB site. When you click the download link it redirects you to the main enbdev.com page instead of starting the download. I think some people just aren't realizing they should use the most current version instead.

I would change it (and I probably will eventually), however, I would need to test the new binary with the ENB to make sure it works properly. 0.405 introduced a few new changes. I don't know how they'll work with the presets yet.

I can't seem to get the game to go to full screen 1920x1080 with no title bar anymore. It was working right before the enb install. Everything else seems to be working though. I checked the enblocal.ini and set both options to true for borderless and full screen but no difference. I unchecked windowed and set my resolution in the launcher, and at least it went from a small window to a screen filling window, but it's offset a few pixels to the right and has a title bar on the top. I know there's fake full screen mods but I want to run in 1080 to make best use of my HD texture pack.

Edit: For anyone who runs into this problem, the issue was with the falloutcustom.ini provided in the large texture support mod needed to run charge's HD texture pack. They had bFullScreen set to 0, so despite everything else trying to force full screen it was showing up in a window. Set to 1 it's fine now. Not sure if I will run into problems with the textures now or not, but at least the game is running full screen.

Is this preset usable for Fallout 3?

It's a preset made for FNV, so not really.
However, having said that, if you're playing FO3 using TTW and you have the TTW version of the FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting mod installed,
the preset should work just fine in the FO3 worldspace.
If you're just running FO3, Fallout 3 Realistic Wasteland Lighting and this mod might work well together, but you'll have to test.
      I haven't tested myself.

I'm more interested about hearing ILO, since Fallout 3 doesn't have that mod, and I don't know what else could be used in its place.

ILO is recommended. It's not vital to the preset like the weather mod.
