I know I'm late for this, but idk if I'm the only one having this type of problem, but when I do tie someone up, I can only move my character around. That's the only thing I can do, I can't move the camera, I can't open my inventory. Nothing but move my character.
ay uh sometimes the bodies bend the frabric of time (im just joke it atucally just streches it) please fix it. and uh maybe give us the ID for the cuffs so like maybe we cant find any or we run out more in cheats we can spawn 100 cuffs and stuff thank you have a nice day and good luck if you try to fix that or try to get the IDs
This mod works great and seems almost 100% compatible with TTW but it needs a patch for the mesmetron which seems to deal fatigue damage for some reason and knocks people out instead of letting me put the collar on to send them to paradise falls.

i play Tales of two wastelands, and the aliens had something like stun batons, they do the job right?
