Re-adds five weapon mods that were removed from the base game because they weren't finished.
All misaligned meshes and textures have been fixed, and the mods have been added to vendors.

DESCRIPTION
So, I have been searching through things like the fallout wiki and the cutting room floor, and I've learned there were actually a few weapon mods that
were going to be in the game, but were cut before the release. Looking through the meshes and the remnants of the entries in the creation kit, I kinda
understood why. Most of the meshes are misaligned or just broken, and the textures themselves have problems of their own. So, I went to fix these
errors and re-implement the mods into the game so another piece of cut content could be seen by more players.
FEATURES
Restores five weapon mods that were cut from the final game.
These weapon mods can be found by the normal vendors that sell weapon mods
or can be added by the console codes provided. The "XX" is the number of where
the mod resides in your mod order.
Value 650 Console Command "XX000ADD"
INSTALLATION
Just move the "WeaponModRestoration.esp" and the "WeaponModRestoration.bsa" into your Fallout New Vegas data folder.
If you have the Honest Hearts DLC, and want to have the .45 pistol mod, download the WeaponModRestorationHH version
and install the same way. This file requires no DLC, only the base New Vegas game, but the HH version does require Honest Hearts.
Activate the esp with your favorite mod or file manager. Also of note this mod has been cleaned by FNVEdit and has no ITMs.
COMPATIBILITY
This mod will probably conflict with any mod that adds new weapon mods to the service rifle, marksman rifle, trail carbine, and
the .45 pistol if you use the Honest Hearts version. This includes some of the big overhauls like (WMX) Weapon Mods Expanded
and (WME) Weapon Mods Enhanced. Sorry, but this is because of the engine limitation of only three unique weapon mods being
allowed to be applied to any weapon. I honesty don't know what would happen if you tried to use this mod with aforementioned mods,
but it probably would override my changes or vice versa.

Value 650 Console Command "XX000ADD"
- Marksman Carbine Ext. Magazines
Increases ammunition capacity of Marksman Carbine by 10.
Value 1300 Console Command "XX0021C6" - Trail Carbine Steel Receiver
Increases condition of Trail Carbine by 50%.
Value 1750 Console Command "XX0024A4" - Trail Carbine Laminate Stock
Decreases weight of Trail Carbine by 2.
Value 1675 Console Command "XX0024A5" - .45 AP Improved Sights
Adds new sights and increases accuracy by 15%.
Value 100 Console Command "XX0038B4"
