   would it be possible for u to make an SVD?
   Also, that is not a suppressor but rather a big muzzle break to compensate for the powder still burning since the barrel is cut 10cm short when comparing to a regular svd

      No, how can item existing in a game ever have an ID?
      Open mod .esp in FNVEdit and look for it. Takes 10 seconds.

       All of them are included in leveled lists so you can find them on merchants, enemies and in containers just like vanilla guns. The one at Doc's house is more of a convenience thing for lazy people :V
