After playing new vegas for hours on hours i was kind of getting sick of having tons and tons of lead and very little large rifle primer, so i decided to make this mod. Basically what this mod adds is a few recipes to the reloading bench. With repair at level 15 you will be able to turn lead into primer and or powder. With guns at level 40 you will be able to make cases and hulls with tin cans. As well being able to take bent tin cans and make them into tin cans at the work bench. (and yes i know shotgun shells are made of plastic not metal) 

(Updated, i made it so now you get more primer and more powder per lead.)

With repair at level 15 you will be able to make primer and powder with lead.

1 lead = 2 50 MG primer (75 repair needed)
