A nice house near Nipton for your character to rest in, full of many features.

Description:

This mod will make available a player owned house, just outside of Nipton. Free of dead bodies, fires, junk, and all the other problems that plague
that poor town, the house offers a peaceful oasis for your character to rest in, and has the following features:
- A player owned bed for that well rested experience.
- Tons and tons storage (non-respawing).
- A workbench and reloading bench for all your crafting needs.
- A good working refrigerator (non-respawing).
- A stove you can use for crafting campfire items.
- A chemistry set.
- A nice, clean working bathroom.
- Companion friendly, fully navmeshed with idle markers, and their own cot.
- A fast travel marker to make it quick and easy to get to.

The Nipton Player's Home can be found by going south of the Nipton town hall to the end of the road, then make a left, heading east, to where the
road crosses the railroad track. The house is the building on the right just before the railroad track (see pic).

Requirements:

Install:

1. Merge the data folder in this archive to your Steam\Steamapps\Common Files\Fallout New Vegas\Data\ folder.
2. Start Fallout New Vegas Launcher, click Data File, or start the NVMM. Place a checkmark beside the Nipton Player's Home.esp file.

Un-Install:

1. Start Fallout New Vegas Launcher, click Data File, or start the NVMM. Uncheck the Nipton Player's Home.esp file.
2. Delete the Nipton Player's Home.esp file and the folder from this archive in your Steam\Steamapps\Common Files\Fallout New Vegas\Data\ folder.

None. The mod is set in a wilderness area just outside of Nipton, so as not to interfere with any other Nipton based mods.
