SV - 98 Russian Sniper Rifle

Description:
A Russian sniper rifle first introduced in the 1990's. In real life this rifle shoots a 7.62x54R 7N1 round.
In New Vegas, the rifle shoots a .308 round. This rifle was intendet for use in the Russian special forces, police units and general army purpose
and now you can enjoy the strength of this Russian masterpiece in New Vegas. Before the Great War, weapons import into the United States increased and
many ex-Soviet weapons made it to the US market. Some additional units were also brough in during the Chinese occupation. These weapons are still aquirable
in New Vegas till this very day. Doc Mitchel owns one as his family heirloom and can be found by one of the book stands in his living room.

Update 1.1:
The gun is now chambered for the .308 round in game. As advised in the posts section, the .308 round would be much more realistic over the original
.357 round. As the SV-98 in Doc Mitchells house is a heirloom, the gun has to be stolen now. Please advise that you can buy your own gun from Chet at Good Springs General Goods store. The value of the gun was raised from 900 caps to 4000. I did mess around more with Crit damage and its multiple. I also double checked the nif files for faults and updated the LSSR version so hopefully no one will crash anymore once equiping scope. I also tested the file and all is fine. If you are experiencing troubles remove all mods from mod manager and from NV dirrectory manually just in case some are not removed. Then reinstall one by one carefully. I am looking forward to bringing more guns to the fallout nexus community.

Installation:
Download the file and then use the Nexus Mod Manager to install this mod or just simply copy/paste all the content from the zip into Fallout new vegas main folder.
