This adds a Gallow and a Rope with Havok physics for the classic Rope around the Neck execution to Nipton, as well as two gals cut from the final game - for test purposes of the meshes mostly, as this is actually more of a Resource for mods to use.
The Rope can hold a NPCs neck in place using the Physics - it will interact with the NPC, making it realistic.

Don't get me wrong here, I do not endorse the death penalty one bit but I missed how there are no references to the nice western movies where the rope was the standard penalty for being the bad guy / plot for being a good guy with a revenge.

This being a Game which features crucifixion (the harder and more torturing version), being shot in the head before the game even begins and death all around one should not be judgemental anyways.

The Meshes work perfectly without it however.

Might clash with everything editing Nipton's city. But since the .esp is just for testing purposes it should not be a problem.
