restores bonnie springs to an old western themed town.

Update:
this update adds the 3 venders for each main place. saloon, doctors office, gun shop.
it also adds a few npcs here and there, enough to make it look right.
this update also adds cover to the navmeshing outside so npcs can hide behind stuff and shoot out windows and such.
however this update requires "Spice of Life - Variety Armor and Clothing Robert Breeze Type3" for the girls in the saloon along with the 3 vendors.
i could put default clothing from the game for them but.. nothing is as fitting as the clothing they are wearing from spice of life.
if you don't want to use spice of life besides the clothing for my npcs then you dont really have too, you can have the spice of life mod off, however you will need some of its files in your data folder. i can tell you which ones if you really want to do that rather then having all its files and only needing a few of its folders. if you don't want it at all ugh then let me know and i'll make an optional file with default clothes.
another thing is i haven't made many npcs in my life, thats not what im spec'ed in, so i didn't know how to add auto to the 3 venders when they say "hello" and "have a look". the other npcs speak fine.
lastly all the npcs are in there own faction yes but they go by ncr laws, because well ncr is protecting their town and is their town... soo if you are wanted by ncr they are going to try to kill you. or if you mess with the town folk other ncr will be after you. they do all respawn if killing them is your thing. also.. they might be alittle hard to kill at low levels.
if you aren't hated by ncr then clearly you can hang out and shop there, you can rest in the jail btw.

this file brings alittle life back to bonnie springs, adding a gun shop, doctors office, jail, saloon and a few houses.
its all themed to look like what I believe old western towns looked like.
the old mobs that spawn there havent been deleted, I also haven't added any new npcs yet.
my plan if people like this mod is to add someone running the saloon along with two girls in there..
a few rangers watching over the town outside, someone running the gun shop and someone running the doctors office.
also I might make the saloon bigger, likely two floors.
