With this mod the quests "Influencing people" and "Field Research" from Old World Blues start at the same time as the quest "All My Friends Have Off Switches". Since the objectives can be completed in any order anyway it makes no sense for "All My Firends Have Off Switches" to have to be completed for the others to show up in the pip-boy as is the case normally.
