I have been thinking my life is busy work with my game, freelance projects, my hobby of 40k I just simply do not have enough time in a day. My FO3 version is someplace ready to release but need to find the files, my NV update is about 90% done, FO4 versions a power armor and a regular version sit at 80-90% complete. Would you guys like for me to release it and its asset files to the public so you the community can have a go at it? Life is just too busy. All I ask is you point to the original mod or have it required I leave it up to you on what to do. Pretty simple request. Almost all the files you need exist already in the mod, if someone would like for me to release some of the bare assets let me know.
That would be greatly appreciated if you think you won't have time to come back to it. Love your work and personally have been waiting for maybe a year or more for the new version. Can't say i'd be able to complete it but it'd be nice to at least have a chance for myself and others to try to complete it and enjoy whatever you do have finished.

Why don't you just call it ODST armor and be done with it. Make an actually unique power armor which sits well with the aesthetics of F:NV ODST armor looks cool an all, but whats the uniqueness in this? Its just plain ass armor from Halo.
Can't remember the source, but I'm pretty sure ODST armor is unpowered. It has a frame that keeps the weight off the user's joints, so it should probably function like NCR Salvaged Power Armor.
The frame itself is the powered element of the armor. The main difference between it and Spartan armor is the lack of energy shielding, made up for by regenerating reactive components(hence the superior protection). The frame is also powered to keep the wearer as mobile/agile as if they were just wearing a simple exoskeleton, which it basically is when stripping the plates off.
I gotta say this is a pretty awesome mod. It looks exactly like what you would expect. Would be awesome if you could get an over shield. But other than that, exceptional work!
it should be between the vertiberd site and the nuclear testing site, maybe try moving it around on your load order and double check to make sure it has no conflicting files if it's even possible
Anyone happen to know of a way to remove the backpack functionality? I don't care that it's physically there, but I'd like to be able to equip an actual backpack without the armor automatically removing it.
