puts ammo in every mailbox in new vegas
low 10mm,9mm,20ga,other low level
med 127,44mag,50mm,all non explosive ammo
high 25mmgrenade,40mmgrenade,missile,all ammo in the game
for some reason I forgot to put in bb ammo until the high level so you have to get nukes if you want a bb gun (fixed in leveled esp)
each one has a few grenades in it
low 2 frags
med low+3pulse
high med+2plasma

story:
one day someone got pissed that he couldn't use his favorite weapon and so he started a gun company in an underground bunker that was so hidden even god couldn't find it (aka it doesn't exist) after making some money 
he started a program that would send out couriers everywhere to fill the mailboxes of the mojave with ammo so people could use their favorite weapons. then he was happy with his life so he shot himself and died (aka he does not exist)
