This adds a chinese type 971 rifle to the game it has visual appearances to a chinese assault rifle but is different and it is definitely not a chinese copy of the aek 971 i swear

The gun is located in the gun runners lockers until i can get my armory and bases up and running and start packing all of that juicy gun-ness into it :D
