MR. WATERS MOD

This mod replaces the abandoned shack that Sunny Smiles teaches you how to shoot behind into a lore-friendly house belonging to one of the teachers from the Goodsprings Schoolhouse. The key can be found on top of the safe in the schoolhouse and the player can use the building as a starter house or just loot it and leave.
Another thing that this mod adds is a new weapon. The weapon is Mr. Waters' Pistol and it is a unique .22 pistol. It is a good starting weapon with reasonable (not overpowered or underpowered) stats.
This mod also has a backstory (I won't spoil it) about the beginning of Mr. Waters' stay in Goodsprings and his demise in the same place. All 5 unique logs can be found on Mr. Waters' terminal.
The final thing this mod adds is a secret room. I wasn't sure if I was going to put this in the description, but I decided to tell about it and leave its location a secret. The only hint I will give is that it is in Goodsprings.
