A very simple office/safehouse in the Prospector Saloon in the middle of the restroom and place with all dem' moonshines. I originally was just going to use it for myself but I posted it here for anyone that wants a simple safehouse with a little back story. It is a good roleplay thing too!

Back story: The office previously belonged to Dimitri Keranovski, the saloons Handyman and other things. He was in debt to many people so he immigrated to America, more specifically, Goodsprings. Eventually the debt collectors found him and killed him when he went to take out the trash. Now you can be the handyman and other things!

I am not new to creation kit but I am not very good with it so I don't know how to add an NPC that can offer you the job so... Just think of something.
