This mod makes all firearms fire bullet projectiles, rather than hitscan. It also removes the tracers.

While this mod is heavily influenced by Precision Ballistics and Munitions, it contains nothing from it - This is merely designed to be usable by anyone who doesn't have all of the DLC or mods required to use it.

Disclaimer: I only have Honest Hearts, Dead Money, and GRA, so I'm unable to make ALL weapons non-hitscan. Sorry about that.
