MOTIVATION
===================================================================================
Have you ever wanted to hold a sniper rifle steady without loosing Action Points? Well, this mod is for you. It was inspired by the prone mode. This is the first mod that i created and published.

NOTES

 01 - If you are updating from the initial release, make sure to UNNINSTALL IT FIRST, because i've renamed the sounds for a matter of standardization.

v 3.5:

- Last performance improvement changes.
- Reuploaded file with a fix for the sounds, which could not be heard. 
- Added another option to MCM Menu. The HUD message can be set to visible when using scoped weapons now.

v 3.4:

- Fix: The mod now detects the change of the Hotkey on MCM without having to restart a game session.
- Minor changes.

V 3.3:

- script improvement: If the player is not using the feature and regenerating stamina, the main script will be removed and will only be applied when the hotkey is pressed (L-SHIFT by default). The first time the mod is installed, the script will run automatically to increase the stamina to its max value. After that, it will be removed until the player uses the feature. That helps with performance a little bit, making it very lighweight.

- Added an option to change the X\Y position of the HUD message. The positions are relative to the screen width\height and will range from 0 to 1 with an increment of 0.01.

- Added scritpts to detect the mod's requirements. They'll only run once a game session has started.

V 3.2:

- As requested, added support for custom settings inside the INI file. Check the 'articles' section for the meaning of the variables.
- Fixed issues with Stamina Mod introduced in v 3.1 and some older ones.

- As requested, added an option to consume Action Points in MCM.

- Small script improvement: Gun spread slowly decreases with recovering time and recover time  depends on the amount of stamina spent. 
  Now, LUTANA NVSE is required.

- Minor Change: Player cannot use the mod's feature if has two hand handle weapons or launchers. Only pistols and rifles.
- Minor Change: The Longer Breath perk's requirements are as follows:

+ Agility 6
+ Perception 7
+ Sniper Perk.

V 2.1 - Added a condition that only triggers the script if the player uses the Block Control and has the right type of weapon drawn. This improvement
proves useful when the player uses the same Key Binding in another mod. Furthermore, i added a condition for aquiring the perk and made other minor changes.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAS ANY PREVIOUS VERSIONS, IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU DISABLE IT AND ENABLE IT AGAIN IN MCM MENU SO AS TO WORK PROPERLY, AVOIDING POSSIBLE CTDs OR UNEXPECTED RESULTS.

v 2.0 - Added MCM Support

 V1.1 - Added 2 more breathing sounds for males and now they are available for female characters as well. The script will select "randomly" which sound
to play as the player presses the hotkey.

INTRODUCTION
===================================================================================
In this first version, the player can simply hold the weapon steady for 2 seconds and then recover it for another 5 seconds. I implemented 1 perk that allows holding a breath for 5 seconds and then recover it for another 4 seconds. While you are catching your breath, the gun spread is increased to 2.0. When the recovery time reaches half of its value, the gun spread is set to 1.5. This makes the transitions smoother. There is an option in MCM Menu with a lesser sway (0.5\0.25 instead of 2.0\1.5), suggested by an user. This mod also comes with inhale and exhale sounds.

You can assign a assign a hotkey for holding a breath in the MCM menu, but the default value is "Left Alt". In order to prevent the perks effects being active after uninstall it the mod, you should deactivate the mod first in the MCM Menu (or you can just stop using the feature. Note that the feature is still active when you are recovering your breath).

PS:. For those who do not like these two current setting values, you can easily change them without having the trouble of compiling the script again. The initial global variables are named "FpsHbHoldBreathTimer" and "FpsHbRecoverBreathTimer" and are set, as i referred before, to 2 and 5, respectively. The other two global variables are called "FpsHbR1HoldBreathTimer" and "FpsHbR1RecoverBreathTimer", set to 5 and 4, respectively.
