Adds a medium helm and armor plus a medium armor perk.

Removes the companions perks granted when you wear the armor

Removes the Jury Rigging perk requirement to craft the armor

Patch file which enables Project Nevada features to the Jury Rigged Mask. Only needed if you use Project Nevada!
