Allows for a more satisfying Independent Followers of the Apocalypse ending if your reputation with them is high enough, or to the point of being "Idolized."

As is, I think the ending has a slight NCR bent to it. In my opinion, it almost feels like the only way to achieve a "perfect" ending is by siding with the NCR. As a staunch supporter of New Vegas independence, I REALLY don't want that to be true.

The one weak link, I feel, in the Independent ending is the Followers of the Apocalypse. This fixes that. Now by doing their side quests/donating supplies, you can have them satisfied and be independent of NCR rule.

I simply copied the second voice clip from the ending in which NCR supports them and added new conditions to it. I would like to add the "After the Courier ensured New Vegas remained free" bit to the beginning, but I have yet to do that.
