Curl up and take a nap on any couch you can sit on. When you activate a couch you'll be presented with a menu to sleep or sit. Basically there's all there is to it, saw this in the mod requests section and thought "why the frak not?" Works equally well for hardcore and regular gameplay.

Well enjoy, report any bugs and feel free to stop request additional features.
And don't bother asking for pictures, that's silly, you know what the couches look like.
