Killable Children (NVSE) is now a requirement.
TTW - Killable Children will handle the Child Killer perk distribution, karma, and making children unessential either immediately or after their respective quest(s) are complete.
Faction edits were removed. This means factions will no longer be hostile towards you for being branded a child killer. This is because it was psychic (which is immersion breaking), karma already handles this in some aspects, and because editing factions for this one feature would make compatibility hard to maintain with other mods.
DISCLAIMER: In no way do I condone the idea of killing or harming children in real life. This mod exists solely by request for individuals who value realism and the consequences of their actions while playing a video game. It was highly unimmersive for people to have an invulnerable race of super children roaming a highly dangerous, post-apocalyptic world. This mod allows them to be vulnerable just like you. Just because children are now vulnerable does *NOT* mean the player necessarily has to be the one to kill them, although it is possible. Please keep that in mind before judging/commenting.
This mod was created for A Tale of Two Wastelands and is required should you wish to install this mod.
Otherwise, if you only have Fallout: New Vegas, I would advise you download this mod.
