A terminal found at the Gun Runners that you can use to edit your character.

This mod was created as a means of character modification, not for cheating.
I made this because my game has been slowing down, and I have been loading vanilla saves, and tweaking them to my preferences.
This is much easier for someone who is not a mod developer and/or doesn't know console commands.
NOTE:
The SPECIAL skill editing option is having issues, use the command "player.forceav [Special skill] [Value from 1-10]" to edit your SPECIAL skills for now.
Also, if you choose to wipe your player's inventory, you can receive 10,000 caps ONLY ONCE as compensation. I may integrate a system to enable it again under certain conditions.
