Simply replaces those ridiculous looking doors in the sewers that were obviously oversized upturned manhole covers with sewer grates instead.

I am aware that the grates have slightly dodgy collision and that you might get stuck if you walk right into them, so um, don't do that ok.
Though you can usually manage to jump back out or just enter the door to get unstuck if that happens.
