Fixes the extended mag to add 30 instead of adding 40 like the old one. Pretty sure Heffy's optional esp is okay and adds 30 anyway, if not let me know in the comments, thanks. EDIT: used FNVEdit to fix this but apparently if you haven't picked up the mods already they won't be with the weapon so be warned
