Adds in more ambient music from Fallout 1 and 2 into the game.

The vanilla game featured many tracks from Fallout 1 and 2, but I felt like they were misused and not enough of them are in there. Metallic Monks and Second Chance won't be playing way too much now too and I put Metallic Monks in the place it should've played in, Hidden Valley.
Heres some places I changed:
Goodsprings
Novac
Mt. Charlston Cave
Red Rock Canyon
Freeside
Primm
Black Mountain
also Desert Wind and Moribund World play in some places across the wasteland
and more... Have fun finding some old tracks in the wasteland
