The space program building at Nellis AFB isn't there. Just a floating flag, a floating antenna, and an exclamation diamond. The door is still present, so access can be gained.
I found a bug. Most of the time when I leave the Lucky 38 it's fine, but one of the times I went to leave and I came to somewhere outside the world space with nothing but a terminal and an American flag.
