Manual Install
1. copy meshes, textures, sound folders, and Mystery Box.esp file into Fallout New Vegas Data Directory
2. check off the mystery Box mod in the Data section when you start your game. Or check it off in a mod manager if you use that.
3. install complete
Or, if you have Nexus mod manager installed it will do it for you automatically.
