Adds armored and unarmored Russian VDV style fatigues.

Adds male and female armored and unarmored versions of Russian VDVs. I originally wanted these for my characters backstory and because I like the design in real life and I decided to upload them. An armored version can be crafted by using a workbench, the VDVs, and a set of Leather Armor. The outfit can be found in the Camp McCarran Supply Shack up the stairs and beside a crate at the end of the bed.
