this mod replaces the texture of the armor set called chinese sthealh armor,available in the vanilla game.
This mod was inspired by "deus-ex human revolution" and some screenshots i saw around FO3 nexus.
It alterates the diffusemap,and the alpha channel of the normalmap,giving a glowing hexmap effect to some plates.
