A couple of simple recolors, in vanilla resolution, for the yellow and red plaid head-wrap and pre-war bonnet, for your viewing pleasure.
I made these originally for Fallout 3, because I am a huge fan of Nuka-Cola and summery straw hats. Perfect for the Mojave heat! A small issue I noticed is that, when you drop the head wrap, the world model has its texture mirrored. Nothing I can do, unfortunately - it looks alright while you wear it, for sure. I mostly made these for myself, but I'll leave them here in case someone else may want to use them too.
To install, extract the contents of your downloaded file to your "Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout New Vegas/Data" folder. That's it. if you'd like to keep one but not the other, I included the filenames in the screenshots so you can know which texture is which.
In order to get one of these and check it out, open your console and type player.additem 00074335 1 for the headwrap, or player.additem 000340cd 1 for the pre-war bonnet. If you don't like the recolor, just remove the files you extracted.
