    So... I see that the creator of this modders resource was banned, it doesn't seem to be updated before that time either.
    Adding the mesh is not the issue, but the textures seem to cause issues, at least for those that need it.
    Not all textures seem to be in the download file unfortunately.

    If anyone updated this, please do let me know as I would love to have some of the things in this pack for the mod I am working on currently.

    After a bit of research, I found out the reason why these become impossible to select and move after being placed in the GECK. It's because the root node is a NiNode, rather than a BSFadeNode. It's really easy to fix - open the nif in Nifskope, right-click on the root node (the one at the top right under the NiHeader, it has an index of 0), select "Block", then "Convert". Then choose "Bethesda", and "BsFadeNode". Then save. Works like a charm. Thanks again for these!

    nice mod but yeah i have the same problem since i can't place it in the GECK too. i really want this stuffs for my home for more realism and immersion. tnx

    Ok I still can't place any of these meshes in the GECK at all.

    I've tried setting up your meshes as different item types (Static, as weapons, as misc items you can pick up. Nothing works. As soon as I drag these meshes into the scene i want them in in the GECK they stop being selectable. I can't click on them to select them, nor can i drag them around to place them where I want.

    Also ...... texture paths on the meshes themselves are wrong in nifskope still.

    Hoping you get this fixed soon. I have a player home mod that is waiting on this files completion to be released.

    So cool. Nice job. By chance can you add a version were the items are showcased in game? mabye in doc Mitchels. That way we can blue print and start usen them as clutter around our safe-houses . Love your work and great job!!!

    Looks like a great resrource .... will go well with the mod I'm working on ..... one question though ..... when i set these up in the geck what item type should they be set up as? I've tried as static items but when I place them in the game in the GECK I can't move them of select them??

      Static items can't move ,in nifskope you have to set them up first. Pick the item you want, open it in Nifskope ,go into its NiTriSripsData and change the BS Num UV Sets - ushort from 1 to 4097 and do that for all of the NiTriSripsData's you find and the go into Spells then go to Batch and update all Tangent Spaces. Save it then reload it. Then open a mesh that you can move ingame like a book and change into the item you want by following this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xf_Qt_lfMxM

      I meant I can't position these items in the GECK when I set them up as Static items in the game. I dont' want them to move in game.

      I've done my fair share of modding but you know how it is with nifskope ....... takes time to learn it all Took me almost 3 years to figure out how to get the Tranform>Apply command to work properly!

      Great work! This is flush out my workshop areas very nicely!

      some of the texture paths are still set up wrongly in the nif files even after the updated file was uploaded. I've only really looked at the electric drill but just from looking at the texture path in that file one of them started "j:program files yadda yadda yadda" the texture paths should start with "textures......" and then whatever texture path you need be it weapons, armor, clutter etc.

      The problem I'm having is that once I have your new meshes set up as items to use in the GECK (and it just so happens I want to use them as filler clutter for one of my mods and not to be able to move them in the game so I'm setting them up in the GECK as static items).... Once the drill is set up and I place it in the GECK, when I go to drag the drill to where I want it to appear in the game I can't select it or click on it in any way.

      I've gone through the steps you suggested with with no luck. I've tried to download the updated file and have noticed that you have gone through and changed the values you told me needed to be changed. I've even tried a few things on my own with the same results. I can't select the drill so I can't place it in the GECK.
