1. Download File (Toilet Paper - Modder's Resource). 2. Extract the contents of the zipped folder to a place of your choosing. 3. Place the Mesh and Texture folders in the correct directory path. 5. Create a new item in the GECK and apply correct mesh. The texture should apply automatically.

The toilet paper comes in both flat sheet and rolled form. Both will fit in the opening in the TPdispenser found in the vanilla game. These are strictly primitive objects without any great detail.
