PRESENTING THE WASTELAND KILT!
Inspired by my want for a kilt in the wastelands of the Mojave, brought together a mash up of the Wasteland Trader outfit and Tumbajamba's Source armour the Kilt armor in FO3 by Flamenx01
with help by Domi4599 placing it in a unique container in Bonnie Springs and featured in my Cutting Room Floor series of images

far as i know if you wish to retexture the tartan feel free to, just credit flamenx01 for the mashup, and sash, kilt and mesh work to tumbajamba
