After seeing the new opportunity for sales in Freeside, the Gun Runners decided to take the market in Freeside and set up a nice new store with all the Ammo, Guns and Explosives a courier or Freeside Local would need !

After seeing the new opportunity for sales in Freeside, the Gun Runners decided to take the market in Freeside and set up a nice new store with all the Ammo, Guns and Explosives a courier or Freeside Local would need !
This mod took about 4 hours, however the end result turned out really well.
This mod does one, simple thing. It adds a small gun store opposite the Kings in Freeside.
The store includes :
‣ Sentry Bot guarded exterior
‣ Fully Navmeshed and follower friendly interior
‣ Work and Reloading Bench inside
‣ Standard Gun Runner Vendor
‣ Map Marker for easy travel
The mod is simple and practical after I fed up of fast travelling to the Gun Runners and then to the strip.
The mod is only and .esp so don't be deterred by the small file size.
‣ Conflicts
I have tried to keep mod conflicts to a minimum but sadly it would not be compatible with anything that changes the Freeside/Kings area.
In later versions I may add compatibility depending on popularity or on request.
‣ Bugs & Issues
There are no known bugs or issues.
