Small bug fix mod that also does some continuity fixes as well. Adds welcome text to all terminals (at least I hope all terminals) that didn't have it in the first place, as any terminal that doesn't have welcome text causes a weird clipping bug to happen with the text indicator after you read 1 entry and then another (see the photo above to get what I'm talking about), as well as fixing some continuity errors with some welcome text in other terminals.
