Adds a hidden perk which allows you to dump all your stuff in a container with a click. Helps if you don't want to sell all your loot just yet.
NOTE: Does not add a function like 'Take All' in the inventory function. Rather, enter Sneak mode while activating a container and choose the Dump it option.
Wait a couple of seconds until you hear the usual sound played when stuff is taken from your inventory.
It also contains the MobileAutoSorting mod from Glenstorm

Changes made in conversion to allow most major vendors in DC wasteland to offer the "Extra Dark Pencil"
