Just adds a companion hunting rifle and companion brass knuckles (he's tagged for unarmed and doesn't come with a base melee weapon) to Harland in the "Your Pal Harland" mod, and beefs up his health to follower status so he doesn't get ripped apart instantly.

Level scaling is 0.75 to PC level, starting at 5 and capping at 40, identical to vanilla scaling for other followers.

There are no changes to the base mod itself.
