If you watch the intro for Fallout: New Vegas, you'll see that it does a pull way from a close up of the moon that turns out to be a poster in the Lucky 38's lounge, however, once you get to the Lucky 38, that poster is conspicuously missing and is instead replaced with one of the 4 regular Lucky 38 posters instead. Rather odd considering it was in the intro. Oh well, chalk it up to a continuity error, I guess.

Well, I set myself out to remedy that by adding to New Vegas. I think the result looks accurate enough to the intro. Enjoy!

Drag and drop the assets into the data folder and tick the box with whatever you use. Should work fine.

This will obviously conflict with any other mods that do a complete overhaul of Lucky 38, so keep that in mind.
