A clean savegame that starts outside Goodsprings and if you walk a bit ask for customization of the character.

* No DLCs or Mods.
* Clean Inventory & Karma. Go back and do what you want with doctor house and quest.
* Hardcore enabled. Its easy to turn off but at least its an option already in use.

After talking with the doctor i went out to save this.
