This is a very small mod that gives you the ability to break down Tin Cans to Scrap Metal and craft Tin Cans from Scrap Metal.

5 Tin Can + 15 Repair => 1 Scrap Metal
1 Scrap Metal + 60 Repair => 4 Tin Cans
1 Bent Tin Can + 35 Repair => 1 Tin Can
1 Tin Can + 15 Repair => 1 Bent Tin Can
5 Bent Tin Can + 15 Repair => 1 Scrap Metal

I would really like if someone suggested how to balance it more.
