Adds a shirt with a bear on it to the Goodsprings gas station.

Somebody comment about a falcon shirt so I added one.
A simple retexture of the wasteland doctor outfit changing the shirt blue and putting a bear on the front. Includes a armored and non armored version on the gas station counter. There is no female version.
I might add more clothing to this, I have an idea for a dessert power armor and am working on getting blender working.
INSTALL: Extract the esp and textures to your data folder.
UNINSTALL: Remove the esp and textures from your data folder.
